2. Purchase Agreements and Equitable Interest

When Zero Touch Realty enters into a Purchase and Sale Agreement for real property:

We act as a principal party purchasing real estate for our own portfolio, or acquiring an assignable purchase agreement.
Under Florida law, an executed purchase agreement creates an equitable interest in the property. If we elect to assign our purchase contract rights to a capital partner, third-party buyer, or institutional investor, all assignment rights and fee structures will be explicitly disclosed to the seller in writing prior to execution.
Zero Touch Realty does not list, market, or advertise properties for third parties without owning equitable or legal title.

3. Valuation Estimates and Offers

Any numbers, estimates, or ranges generated by our website calculator or discussed during initial telephone conversations are illustrative approximations based on general neighborhood metrics. No binding contract or guarantee exists until a formal written Purchase and Sale Agreement is signed by both seller and buyer.

4. Title and Escrow Closings
